The Bay Lodging House is located on a quiet semi-wooded property on Lakeview Avenue, about a block from Catawba Avenue. The Bay Lodging House has the island’s only indoor-outdoor swimming pool and has a small snack bar that sells sandwiches and drinks. The bar offers beer, wine and spirits.
The Blue Marlin Bar, located at the Put-in-Bay Resort and Conference Center, is an outdoor full service bar with a full line of beers, wines and spirits and a tiki bar atmosphere. The Blue Marlin also offers food and is open to the general public as well as guests at the Put-in-Bay Resort. The Blue Marlin is located pool side. Entertainment in the afternoons.
The Flaming Skull is an actual scale replica of a fighting galleon, overlooking the Islander Inn’s Splash! Bar. The Flaming Skull offers patrons a chance to belly up to an open-air bar on the ship’s main deck and enjoy a cold beverage, live entertainment and a novel experience. Located behind the Islander Inn, adjacent to Splash!
Customers had such a great time at the Commodore Resort’s downtown tiki bar, that in 2009 it reopened as Mist, with a large waterfall, and expanded tiki hut-style outdoor bar. Mist is located adjacent to the Commodore Resort complex that also houses Mr. Ed’s Bar & Grille, and a Subway Subs shop. Misters keep pool guests cool, and give this island fun spot its name.
Mr. Ed’s Bar & Grille, located in the heart of downtown Put-in-Bay on Delaware Avenue, is famous for their roof top party deck and their tiki bar swimming pool. Mr. Ed’s has excellent bar food and a full service bar and is located inside the Commodore Resort Hotel. New outdoor tiki bar Mist and swimming pool addition opening in 2009.
The Park Hotel is located in the center of the downtown district overlooking DeRivera Park. This Victorian hotel has a wrap-around porch with an adjacent patio that serves island wine-basted chicken dinners and beer and wine. The Park Hotel is also adjacent to the Roundhouse Bar, featuring daily live entertainment in the afternoons and evenings.
Spend the afternoon sunbathing on a comfortable chaise, or cooling off in the water of this super-sized swim-up bar. Splash! features a second level stage, and live entertainment throughout the day. Open to the general public, Splash! Is located behind the Islander Inn and is one of four outdoor bars at the hotel.
The BayShore Resort’s Waterfront Restaurant, located on premise at the BayShore Resort Hotel complex, is open to the general public as well as hotel guests. Waterfront serves a menus of salads, steaks and seafood and has a full service bar and lakefront views of the Perry Memorial & Kelleys Island. The BayShore Resort is Put-in-Bay’s only waterfront hotel.
The Tiki Bar is located on the water front of the BayShore Resort Hotel and offers spectacular views of Kelleys Island and Perry’s Victory & International Peace Memorial. The Waterfront Tiki Bar also serves lunch. Located adjacent to the resort’s large swimming pools and outdoor Jacuzzi at Put in Bay’s only lakefront hotel.
